About Me I’m a Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Reiki Practitioner, and intuitive guide who believes that true wellness begins when we learn to care for the whole self—body, mind, energy, and soul. For years, I have studied and worked with the physical body through therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, stretching, cupping, and scraping. Through that work, I began to recognize something deeper: sometimes what we carry in our physical body is connected to what we have been carrying emotionally, energetically, and mentally. That realization led me to explore the energetic side of healing and incorporate Reiki, chakra balancing, intuitive guidance, intention setting, and energy work into my practice. I have always considered myself a deeply intuitive soul. I have an ability to sense when something feels stuck, unbalanced, or ready to be released—and I’ve learned that my greatest passion is helping others reconnect with themselves. My work is about bringing two worlds together. The physical body deserves care, movement, release, and nourishment. The energetic body deserves balance, awareness, and space to let go. The mind deserves intentional, positive, empowering thoughts. And the soul deserves the freedom to reconnect with who you truly are. As an Esthetician and Massage Therapist, I believe that everything we do can be done with intention. Whether you are coming in to release tension from your body, reconnect with your energy, create a new mindset, nurture your skin, or simply take a moment to come back to yourself, my intention is to create a space where you feel supported throughout that process. I thrive on helping people recognize their own potential and guiding them toward becoming their highest, most authentic self. My practice is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, release what no longer serves you, and create space for what you truly desire. Your body speaks. Your energy speaks. Your mind speaks.
